Spring Time is finally here!

Hello all!  Here it is a few months later.....again, I apologize but time continues to fly by!!!  The weather is slowly trying to break around here but we just can't get a long stretch of nice weather yet.  Actually, I forgot, we live in Johnstown.....we never get a long stretch of nice weather (unless you consider snow nice! haha)!!  I can't complain...I actually enjoy all the seasons, but it really does feel like we hibernate around here.  You almost start to forget what your neighbors look like!!  It's so refreshing to finally get out of the house!! We have been busy getting the yard ready and mulching...always lots to do this time of year!  Jude is already loving being back outside to dig and take walks!! He already wanted his water table down, which I tried to explain to him it was a bit too early for that!!  Anyway, I hope you enjoy some "recent" pics of our crazy Jude!!  He's two that's for sure.....big and bad some days, but a real lovable guy most times!!!

In February, we celebrated Christmas (once my brother got home from Afghanistan)!  We were thankful he made it home safe and sound, and happy to celebrate with the fam!  Here and Jude and his Pappy check out some new cars Jude got.
Mom sporting one of my homemade cuff bracelets....

Another week later and my best friend, her kids and her mom came in for a visit....a short visit (thanks to the lovely snow), but a blessing none the less.  Always great to see the kids together.  Here Jude and Macklin enjoy some "guy time"!

Sweet Macy....

Macklin....

Here the kids all watch some video on you tube...probably Bob the builder (if I know Jude).

Jude offers his bike to this pretty lady....lol

Storytime (or so it appears) with the gang....

"Hey sweetie, can I get a lift?"

Apparently that was a NO.

Maya decides to take it for a spin....

Jude and I made some homemade pasta the other week....Jude enjoyed helping "roll"

He loves to be in the kitchen with me....whether it's dumping ingredients in or stirring something....he doesn't miss out!!!

Our homemade sheets of pasta!

And of course, here is some progress from the other house.....it's nice to see some semi completed rooms!!  Jude even helped us clean up some of the dirt.....he's such a big helper!!

St. Patrick's Day...this shirt seemed appropriate.  Even though everyday he is a charmer (except for when those tantrums occur)  haha!

"cheese" face

"So did you hear? I am 28 months old already...and............

....yep, mom is 5 months along (actually closer to 6 now)!"  For those of you that didn't know, we are expecting #2 in August (August 14th to be exact, which also happens to be our 10 year anniversary....how about that??)  We are excited...so far so good....:)  Keep us in your prayers!

Back to my little cowboy.....

Easter weekend ended up being a beautiful weekend!  (We usually don't get that lucky with the weather!!)  Needless to say, we got a "few" pics!

Just hanging with Uncle J and "talking" on the phone.....(these two are best buddies) :)

Not so sure if these two are buddies...Sophie sticks her tongue out at the thought of them being buds.  haha.  Jude just loves to pounce on her and chase her, and Sophie is getting older...not so much up for it all the time!  However, these pics are so cute...

future biker....let's hope not.  lol

Playing with Pebbles, my parents' dog

Easter Egg hunt....this kid LOVED it!!

He really didn't want to go under the bushes...usually  he pointed to the egg until someone else would do the dirty work for him! lol.  Great grandpap and Uncle J give him a little help this time!

Fist pounds for Uncle J....

Easter bunny visited our house too....

Easter at Church....

Munching on some chocolate from Father A.....
