Camilla Merryn arrives!

August 14th has always been a special day for us, but this year it became even more special!  We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in the Labor room and welcomed our baby girl into this world at 2:01 pm.   What a joyous day this was - we feel so blessed to have become a family of four and to have another healthy child entrusted to us by God.  We are loving each new day spent with Camilla and Jude is adjusting great.  He loves her...kisses her, makes sure she is wearing headbands at all hours of the day (he becomes concerned when I have to take them off before bed), shares his blanket with her, calls her his "Milla" and has simply been the best big brother!  He becomes concerned when people come to visit and hold her....afraid they are trying to take her.  I guess he is already doing a good role of protecting her!  Thank you so much for all your love and prayers....Blessed is all I can really say.

Uncle Justin meets his first niece - I have to say how much this guy did for us.  He came in the night before I went into the hospital, stayed the night, watched Jude the next day and simply helped Aaron out around the house with Jude, etc.  I was ever so grateful to him and I know Aaron was too!

Finally Jude is brought in and he is so excited to see "Mommy"!!  I was feeding Camilla so he didn't see her under my cover.  He crawled up on the bed to see me and then I pulled her out.  It was the cutest thing.  We actually got it all on video, which I was so glad we did....such a special moment!

The nurses came to take her for her hospital pic....seeing my child in pink finally made the girl thing set in!  Still in shock that I have a daughter!
