Well, time is definitely ticking away....I can't believe Jude is over two and a half now, and in less than two months (hopefully), we will add another munchkin to this family! God has blessed us tremendously!! I was pulling out some "neutral" onesies and sleepers the other day, and it started to really hit me that another baby is joining this family...and SOON! (excited and nervous at the same time!) Well, we are soon on our way for vacation so I figured before I add another hundred pictures to my camera, I should at least send some of them your way. Hope you enjoy them!
Jude and I did a "little" photo shoot for Mother's Day....
If you notice, he has no pants on here....he is just about potty trained but apparently all the pressure I put on him to give me some good pictures made him pee himself. (poor kid and what I put him through.....)
This was the start to the progress on our other property....It is now basically all wrapped and under roof. I will have to get pictures soon.
Another interior shot of my soon to be studio.... we hung ladders and wove lights which have the old thomas edison lightbulbs....
They aren't wrapped well, but you get the idea....
Jude and Daddy at church...
We said goodbye (or should I say see you later) to a great friend of ours, Joe Brom....he is going to be entering seminary at St. John Cantius out in Chicago. We will miss him, but know he is going to do great....
A few pics of Jude and I on Mother's Day after Church....
Jude even wanted to give flowers to Mary all on his own....
Future soccer player???
Jude and "uncle Joe" play around for their last time....
Our church....had to capture this with the clouds...
Jude checks out a trike passing through (along with their dog)...lol
Jude trying to be a "biker"
The Byzantine Church across the way....
Lounging....
A little more progress....
A great friend of ours decided to be baptized...it was a beautiful sacrament to be a part of. She chose Aaron as her sponser/Godfather. It was a special day....
Father Ananias and one of our other great seminarian friends, Peter....(
Jude giving us his best "cheese" face
So here we are the end of May already and Memorial Day was spent by the pool...
"wet da" as Jude tries to tell Daddy that he is wet. Jude hasn't been in the pool for a year, so he kind of forgot the concept....hence, your clothes do get wet. haha.
beach baby.....
Me and my guy (and no, for those of you that think I am laying on my stomach...it is deceiving. I am kind of twisted in such a way I am not laying on my stomach directly....just clarifying...lol)
Aaron would probably hate me for putting this on, but it's hilarious. Jude splashing him and I caught it right in the action...
He would probably appreciate this one more....lol
Aaron's sister, husband and niece came in from Michigan over Memorial Day, so Jude and Eve had a chance to play together...
Happy Memorial Day!
Again, we said goodbye to another great friend of ours...who in fact is also named Joe (but we called him Jo-Lo). We always teased him of being the butler, because he liked sweater vests....needless to say, his cake was shaped into a sweater vest. He too is entering into seminary at St. John Cantius in Chicago. (I know you are all probably thinking how many seminarians we know...lol....It's been a gift to watch these young men be called to this life...a true vocation....)
A few weeks ago, I was given the opportunity by a former co worker of mine to bring Jude by and let him see the pigs! (Jude loves pigs for those of you that don't know!)
Checking out the chickens..
...and the cows
Petting Wilbur...
Jude thought it was hilarious how the pigs were hiding under this board....
And finally, Happy Father's Day!!!
And with that final "cheese" face, we bring this post to a close...until next time (hopefully before August, but if not....you may be seeing two kiddos on the blog!) Please keep us all in your prayers for a safe delivery and healthy baby (and mom)....love to you all....
