I'm back!!!

Apparently I wasn't lying when I said "see you in a few months"!!!  Honestly, did May AND June slip by me that quickly??!  I promise you I may have had a break from this blog, but my camera did not rest during those months, so I will treat you to some of my favorites!!!  Jude continues to keep us busy, busy - he absolutely loves being outside - it's hard to bring him in sometimes!  I just wonder what he will think when winter rolls back around and he can't go out everyday (ok, enough about the "W" word...don't want to think about that yet!)  We will be going to the beach this month so I am anxious to see what Jude thinks of it this year - I promise I will take lots of pictures.

Before I get to the best part (Jude), I will show you a few pictures of the other property's progress.....it's slow but coming along.  Here is the almost finished living room...we left the planks exposed in the one section - everything is getting the shabby chic look (so lots of whites/grays, etc).  The fireplace hearth is actually the limestone from Moxham National Bank.  Moxham is actually where Aaron grew up so it's pretty neat that we landed this! We still need to get a few more coats of paint on some parts but then hopefully the guts of the room will be done!  I will also have to spend another day and show you some of the projects I've been working on and selling with my business....I just don't have enough time today!!  This is what I get for taking two months off!!  Enjoy...and I promise I'll be back!!

Jude and Pap Pap in the box truck.....

Jude's first popsicle (and loving it!)

One of his favorite past times.....watching trucks go by (I never realized on a given day just how many dump trucks go by!!!)

The scenic route on the way to the grandparents' house.....Waterfall Drive

The Sunday before Memorial Day, I got a little crazy with the camera.....actually, no, I was just taking the normal amount of pictures I take when Jude looks this cute!!  haha!

He loves walking any dog!!

Jude and Nana....

Future gardener, maybe??

Jude's best buddy  - Uncle Justin....loved this pic.... "here's looking at you"

Jude and Great grandpap Harrison head on over to the garage full of tractors....and let me tell you Jude was in heaven....tractor heaven that was!!

Mugs and Jude.....

Ready to fill up his wheelbarrow!

Memorial Day before Pappy and Nana head home.....(and Jude cried when the truck pulled away!!)

Kisses....

I spent my birthday this year down home for a little visit, and one of my biggest gifts was reuniting with my best friend!! Couldn't have asked for anything greater!  It was a great time and wonderful to see her kiddos and Jude play together....they really hit it off!!!
Holly's oldest, Maya....

Swinging away....

Who would have though playing on a basement door could be this fun??  Apparently they all thought so!!

Holly's husband, Dale pulls Macy and Jude in the wagon....on our way to get ice cream!!!

So sweet.....

Having a fun time in the stroller!

Too preoccupied with trucks and cars to eat ice cream....

Mmmmmm....(now that's how you do it...don't let anything distract you!!)

Macy has it down too!

They see a plane....

One of the hottest days, and Jude finds his daddy's hat...winter hat that is (oh, sorry the "w" word again!)

Happy 4th of July!!

With Uncle Eber...(and yes, this kid LOVED the pool!!)

With cousin Kate...

Jude and Daddy....

Hanging out in the hot tub with cousin Dan!

So the other day, we got a pop up storm and it poured!!!  Jude was standing in the garage, but when he saw the rain, he ran out in it!  Needless to say, what did I do....ran in and grabbed the camera!! So glad I did!!

And after the storm....a rainbow!!!

Soaked!!

Jude then slipped, bumped his head but when I gave him his ice pack, he decided he better take care of Dad instead...too cute!

So, I think I've learned it's pointless to put any clothes on this kid other than swim clothes if we are heading outside....this is what he did today!!

He was giggling because I was giggling.....

"Hey Mom, I'm coming at ya!!!"

...and he wasn't joking...lol  (I had to get off my chair and run!!)
